A peek into my works

My interests range from paper and pen (magazines) to digital forms (newsletters, social media, and websites). I'm also getting into Web Development with foundational knowledge in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ReactJS, NodeJS, MongoDB, and Express.


The one thing that ties what I do together is my eagerness to help people tell their stories, and get their stories accross effectively.

My interests range from paper and pen (magazines) to digital forms (newsletters, social media, and websites). I'm also getting into Web Development with foundational knowledge in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ReactJS, NodeJS, MongoDB, and Express.

Challenge: FlexOS has built its reputation as a media platform targeting senior experts and C-level leaders on Future Work, Remote Work, and People Managing. Then, there emerges a group of audience - young professionals who are fueled with the ambition to accelerate their careers and turn to technology to boost their productivity. Stay Ahead Newsletter is the product that caters to this audience.


Strategy: Instead of introducing new flashy AI tools each week, we provide AI updates and tools that can help them immediately with their day-to-day work.


JTBD: Strategize and produce weekly AI and productivity newsletter to 35K subscribers, with an average 50% open rate and 1.5% click rate.

  • PropTech Lab’s email domain faced a high spam rate for only using email to send out commercial notices and event promotions.

  • Lack of consistent visuals and content appearance on social media.


Strategy: Shifting from “us” to “you”. Instead of focusing on promoting events, we introduce a specific topic in real estate in each edition, inviting members to give their quotes, updates, and insights.


Achievement: Increase click rate by 50%, and decrease unsubscribe rate by 28%. Website rank #1 for keyword “proptech”. Manage partnerships for industry events up to 6000 attendees.

I've contributed to the five best-selling study abroad books series featuring the UK, the US, Europe, Japan, and South East Asia.


It was 6 years filled with thrills, interesting people, inspiring stories, and life-lasting lessons.

Challenge: The growth hack project was a social media platform for Vietnamese university students. We needed to acquire as many users as possible in the first three months.


Strategy: Use texting format and app’s customized avatar to illustrate the lyrics of popular songs. I used short-form video content with catchy music. It was 2019.


Achievement: My first paid ads campaign with $300K budget. In 2 months, we got 162K installs, $0.28 CPC, and $0.54 CPI.

Challenge: Rư has done Youtube for 10 years. However, she was struggled to regain her relevancy on Youtube after 2 hiatus years for having babies. She needs to know what the current relevant topics for young audiences.


Achievement: The proposed content pillar has become one of her key series with nearly 600K views for 6 videos on YouTube.

Challenge: Albeit the marketing effort, there’s not a lot of engagement on the company’s LinkedIn page. We need to find a way to position ourselves as the industry experts.


Strategy: Conviced that B2B business is built upon trust between humans and humans, I shifted the digital channel from the company’s to the CEO’s page. The content of his page is a blend of professional experience, personal development, and openness to vulnerability as a multi-entrepreneurship founder.


Achievement: Quickly gained 30k+ impressions (+132%) and 431 engagements (+173%) in the span of the first two week after activating the strategy.
